Refund policy
At Navokti, every product is handcrafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. We take great pride in offering products that reflect purity, craftsmanship, and quality.
However, as our products are specially handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
1. Exchange Policy
We understand that unexpected issues can occur. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly offer an exchange.
To initiate an exchange:
- Please contact us at navokti@gmail.com within 48hours from the day of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage or incorrect item.
Our team will review your request promptly and arrange for an exchange once approved.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all labels and accessories.
- Requests received after 48 hours from the day of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
- Products damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible.
3. Return Shipping
If your exchange request is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect products.
Reverse Pick-up:
We offer a doorstep pick-up facility in selected locations based on our courier serviceability. Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 3-5 business days. Kindly keep the product ready in its original packaging to ensure a smooth process.
If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you may self-ship the product to us through any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval. Please share the shipping receipt with us at navokti@gmail.com, and we will reimburse the courier charges (up to a reasonable amount) once we receive and verify the returned product.
4. No Return or Refund Policy
Since our products are handcrafted, natural, and tailored, per order are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed.
For placing orders in bulk, please contact navokti@gmail.com.
For orders exceeding 10 units, please contact us directly at navokti@gmail.com to place your order. Orders of this size should not be placed through our website, as they will be cancelled.
